How to discover Your Inner Peace? In today’s hectic world, we are continually bombarded by a flurry of marketing, advertisements, electronic billboards, TV commercials, Internet pop-up ads, etc., it’s endless! We are being marketed to 24 hours a day. I’m amazed that advertisers haven’t found a way to market us while we are sleeping. LOL
How to discover Your Inner Peace? Everyone has it. It’s some place that you have to find. It’s like a journey to a place within you, a sacred space in which you must find and be willing to go. Everyone has this place. All you have to do is believe in it. At times, it may seem difficult, but believe that you will find it. I know you will, never lose hope.
Inner Peace – it’s a rare, but needed, commodity in today’s world! That’s why I felt the need to write this blog. Let me share some ways that I have found mine.

Make these priorities in Your Miraculous Life. Put them in Your Calendar:
Spend time being quiet and alone.
Spend time helping someone else without expecting anything in return – not even a thank you.
Spend time quietly reading books … preferably about inner peace and self-love. Read and listen to materials by Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay and Carlo Carretto. Carlo Carretto wrote a great book called Letters from the Desert in which he talked about inner peace and learning how to live in the quiet.
Spend time away from the computer and all technology.
Remember what a miracle it is for you to be alive and life is fleeting. Enjoy every breath.
Learn how to meditate and control your thoughts, instead of your thoughts controlling you.
Stay in Constant Gratitude, no matter what "storms" seem to be happening around you.
Make it a priority everyday. Turn off all technology! Even if it’s only for 5 minutes.

How to discover your Inner Peace? That should give a good start and help you begin your journey. Here are several of my favorite quotes and a few personal ones that I hope will help you as well.
