Your Empowerment Zone

Your empowerment zone is an easily overlooked area of most of our lives. It's a very big part of my life and it should be for you too. Since I was a young girl, I've learned to be very cautious and intentional about the people who are in my circle; who empowers me. Who Is In Your Empowerment Zone? Think about all the people, whether it’s family, friends, or people you work with who are apart of your everyday life. Do they drag you down? Do you just feel like kind of dirty and bad when you're around them? Do they feel toxic? Do they bring out bad things in you, or do they empower you? Do they enlighten you? Do they bring you up to your next level? Do they help you ascend in your life? The people that are in your empowerment zone are the very fabric of your environment and influence your daily life. Why People Act The Way They Do People that are toxic usually have a negative and twisted way of viewing their own world. Most likely, they play the victim and blame everyone else for their troubles, instead of taking responsibility and creating the life of their dreams. In fact, some of them may be a little jealous of your possibility of success and worried that you may leave them as a friend, so they attempt to lower you to their level. Positive people are more likely to be more happy and fulfilled. Of course, even people that are positive go through rough patches in their life. The difference is that they deal with adversity much better and avoid bringing others down. People with a positive outlook on life a smart enough to realize that being negative only pushes away possibilities of something great. Choose People Wisely It's very wise to be very intentional about the people who you allow in your life. It will change your life the more that you do it. It's not uncommon to bring in new people into your life with a fresh view. The energy level of others that surround you on a daily basis will affect you both negatively and positively. The great thing is you have full control over the people and energy in your life. In my life, I have people who are the most loving, wonderful people, and I'm encouraging you to do the same because I love you, and I want you to love yourself and have the most incredible life.
